OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
HOW TO ENTER:Enter online at www.dennystockdale.com no later than the 15th of each month. Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM (CST) on the 16th of each month,and ends at 11:59:59 PM (CST) on the 15th of the following month. Limit one entry per person per month.
ELIGIBILITY:Contest open to individuals 18 years of age and older at time of entry and who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Employees of Stockdale Resource Group,Inc. and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.
PRIZES:One monthly prize awarded (unless otherwise indicated). Minimum prize value $25. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Stockdale Resource Group,Inc. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event prizes are unavailable.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:Winners will be selected in monthly random drawings from all eligible entries received. One winner will be selected per contest period (unless otherwise indicated). Winners will be notified by email. If winning notification email goes unanswered within 10 business days,or if prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL:If for any reason the contest cannot be completed as described in the rules,Stockdale Resource Group,Inc. shall have the right to cancel,terminate,modify or suspend the contest. Contest void where prohibited by law.
RELEASE,WARRANTIES AND CONSENT:All entries become the property of Stockdale Resource Group. Without further compensation to or approval by the entrant,Stockdale Resource Group may edit,alter,adapt or otherwise modify the contest entry and may use the contest entry for editorial,advertising and publicity purposes by Stockdale Resource Group and/or others authorized by Stockdale Resource Group. Entering the contest constitutes the consent of the entrant to the above.
